24-Hour Consent

In 1999 the State of Michigan passed the “24 Hour Waiting Period Law”. This means that for you to have an abortion, you must FIRST REVIEW ABORTION MATERIAL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE the procedure.

If you wish to review the material on the internet, you are REQUIRED BY LAW to review the State website. At the end of the website you must print a confirmation form and present it to us on the day of your appointment.
